![]() There’s nothing like a productive road trip! In fact, whenever my staff and I are fortunate enough to attend a trade show or seminar, I like to refer to it as ‘Physicians First Messages on the road.’ Our company recently went on a highly productive, three-day excursion to the annual New Jersey Medical Group Management Association’s Practice Management Conference at the Tropicana in Atlantic City between April 29-May 1. And whether we were at a roundtable discussion on human resources or attending a workshop on improving patient satisfaction through effective communication, the conference served as a tool on how to enhance the services our company provides. We not only enjoyed the many conversations we had from our own exhibit booth, but also those we shared with some of the other 62 companies in attendance. I am happy to say we picked up an idea or two on how to better serve your business needs. In fact, we met so many people that are interested in improving their answering service and, most importantly, saving money. In addition, it was great seeing so many of our loyal customers and hearing the kind words they had to say about the service we provide them. I’d like to extend a heartfelt congratulations to Mitchell Richman of Advanced Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Institute for winning the golf clubs we raffled during the event. It was a successful road trip for Physicians First Messages. You can bet we’ll be there again next year and beyond. Sincerely, John Calhoun, Owner and operator
