Dieting is rarely fun.But most people, at one time or another, have made the reluctant decision to drop some weight and target the following Monday as a start date.

How does it work, you ask? Well, Cruise believes consuming small meals every three hours enhances your body’s potential to burn fat.
Cruise says if you don’t eat often enough, your body’s starvation protection mechanism will kick in. In turn, your body will store calories, store fat and burn muscle for energy. By eating every three hours, Cruise believes your metabolism resets, thus enabling you to burn fat more often.
Cruise has three simple rules to the 3-Hour Diet:
In addition, he believes it’s imperative to stay at the recommended portions sizes. Calories shouldn’t exceed 1,450 per day.
He also thinks you should drink eight glasses of water a day.
The fitness guru says you’ll drop 10 pounds in the first two weeks, and two pounds a week thereafter.
