When it comes to medical professionals, I’m proud to say they have my company’s undivided attention. And I’m a firm believer that’s the way it's supposed to be.
You see, after the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001, I made a conscious decision to exclusively service medical professionals despite having the opportunity to also take on lawyers, contractors and tow truck drivers as well.
Although my colleagues considered it foolish at the time, my decision to take a simple approach has paid major dividends. In fact, as of today, Physicians First Messages services over 5,000 doctors.
Just how confident am I about my company? Well, I believe there are very few owner-operators that know the call center industry the way I do and furthermore, I can comfortably say no owner-operator knows the medical call center the way I do.
With my vast experience and expertise, I can save doctors, clinics, medical groups and hospitals thousands of dollars. In fact, I’m so confident of that assessment, I guarantee I’ll beat my competitor’s prices by 20 percent.
How can I do this, you ask?
For starters, we’re able to absorb new accounts because we’re already staffed. When it comes to our smaller competitors, we’ll beat them by simply offering a better price for better service. As for our larger competitors, we’ll top them because we’re owner-operated and known for customizing our pricing.
One thing I take deep pride in is our second-to-none customer service. I’m proud to tell you my staff is extremely proactive as we constantly check-in with our clients. It’s our top priority to not only make sure our customer care calls are handled immediately, but to follow them up with additional phone calls.
And don’t be surprised to hear from my mom or my partner Joe’s mother for periodic check-ins as well.
It’s no secret that customer care and satisfaction are everything to us. You might find it interesting to know that over 80 percent of all of our new customers are referrals from our current customers. And we say ‘thank you’ by not only offering a 10 percent recurring discount off their bill for every colleague they refer, but by giving them a $200 American Express gift card as well when they sign up.
If one of our current customers refers just 10 colleagues, they get our service for free!
